well a dark shade is always sexy for someone with bright eyes. you may want to go with a deep brown or even black to make yours pop. not literally though ;p

Why do you want to dye it??? i think dirty blonde hair is very pretty and if you wanna do anything to it, just get highlights they will brighten it while keeping your original color @ the same time.

if you have light - colored skin too, which i assume you do, a light brown with a few blond highlights would look so sexy and far more classy,it would really make your eyes stand out too.....Or if you are more daring go for a dark brown.....Take a look a Cameron Diaz.....She looks so much sexier now.....Don't you think?

Maybe try a combination of highlights and lowlights. Go to a salon to have it done. Some platinum highlights on top and a warm brown color underneath. It looks really good on a lot of people that I've seen with it...

How about a brown, not light or dark, like a chestnut color. My friend has blue eyes and that color hair and she is very pretty.

I think that you should dye your hair a darker color - it will make your eyes stand out more. Maybe a medium-dark brown would be nice. Or, if you don't want to go that drastic all at once, maybe start out by having "low-lights" put in your hair.... which are like hi-lights, only it is using darker colors.

I had low-lights put in my hair and my hair was a dirty blond, and I loved the low lights... the stylist used 2 different colors to give more dimension to my hair and it was awesome!
