if i were to soak my hair in peroxcide would it dye my hair blonde? is there anyother way i could make my hair really blond without using dye?

It doesn't dye it, it bleaches it. That's a very harsh way to lighten your hair.

Yes, peroxide lightens hair color, because it strips your hair of its natural color. It won't necessarily make your hair blonde though, that depends on what color it was naturally. It could come out orange or something else like that.

If you have light brown hair, another way you could make it blonde without using dye or peroxide is to sun bleach it. To do that you have to stay outside in the sun ALOT. However, I don't recommend doing that on purpose because you could get sunburned or develop skin cancer etc.

peroxide pulls the color out of your hair. the longer you leave it in, the lighter your hair will get. but i don't know if the type of peroxide you would use to clean a cut is strong enough to actually bleach your hair. i always used the kind you buy from a beauty supply store. but if you are not careful your hair could turn out orangy, so it is good to follow up with a toner after bleaching your hair. though i am not a professional hair dresser, but have bleached my hair plenty of times.
