i have fair skin, light blue eyes, dark blond/lt brown hair i straighten it to. should i get drk brown on botom with blond on top hair. or brown and blond highlights, or reddish brown. (im 14)

You are 14, that's awfully early to be putting harsh chemicals on your hair. Plus if you do color your hair, you are going to have keep up with it, which in turn will be even worse for your hair.
