Need help from professional hairstylish please! hair color?

Hi,

I've put on the color for my friend, her natural is dark blond but

she has been color her hair to light blond. The last visited I've gave her a #10 blond and now she wants to go to lighter blond. I've put her in a high lift blond with 40v (she has choose the color). The color turn out pretty nice after washing it out but after fews days she told me it's turn out pink. I've no idea why it can turn out pink on the color. Can anyone please help me to explain why! thanks in advance!

that can be caused from using the different shades of blond. it could also be from the shampoo used after the color process. i would suggest bleaching it out or stripping it ....you sound like you are familiar with the products. be sure to use a pre color treatment as well as conditioning treatment.
